Q4 2024: Closing the Year on a High, Reaching the $367,000 Mark!

I’m thrilled to share that Q4 2024 has been another milestone quarter, with my portfolio hitting the $367,000 mark! This growth reflects continued strong performance in my investments, especially PayPal.

The financial boost came also from my sign-on bonus for the new role, along with an extra wellness stipend that helped round out the year on a positive note.

Looking ahead to 2025, I’m excited to share a major decision: I’ve decided to purchase a flat in London to live in! This marks a significant milestone, as it combines both a lifestyle upgrade and a long-term investment. The purchase is set to complete in January 2025, and this decision is the main reason behind maintaining a large cash liquidity position this quarter. Going forward, I plan to provide more detailed breakdowns of my portfolio, including the value of the flat and outstanding mortgage debt, to give a comprehensive view of this new chapter.
