Three quarters into 2025, the journey continues — and we’ve crossed another quiet but meaningful milestone. My net worth now stands at $499,700, up from $417,350, marking an $82,350 gain this quarter and bringing me just shy of the halfway point to my long-term goal.

This quarter felt different. The PhD is behind me, the flat is settled, and the portfolio has largely found its rhythm. After a year of heavy lifting — buying property, changing jobs, and rebalancing investments — most of the hard work is done. From here, it’s mainly about managing what’s been built and letting compounding run its course.
