March update
I am thrilled to share my latest financial update with you! Despite the stock market’s relatively flat performance, my net worth has grown significantly from $97,841.00 to $112,802.00 over the last month. This outstanding outcome exceeded my initial expectations of $75,633. However, as we all know, we must continue to be careful and keep our feet on the ground. It’s essential to remain mindful of the risks that come with investing and not let our success cloud our judgment.
So, what contributed to my success this month?
Firstly, I sold my long calls on some fintech-related stocks for returns greatly above 100%. As of writing, I only have one remaining long call in the healthcare segment. Additionally, most of my profits for this month were due to Meta, which is still my largest position.
Furthermore, I increased my return by selling some puts and covered calls. I believe that selling options can be a good way to benefit even in a relatively flat market, which is what I’m anticipating for the year.
On the other hand, I’m pleased to say that there’s nothing to report from a financial or career perspective that went wrong this month. I cannot say the same for the rest of my life, but that’s another topic altogether!
As always, I remain committed to making wise financial decisions and continuing to grow my wealth in a responsible and sustainable manner. Thank you for following along on my journey, and I look forward to sharing more updates with you soon.
